B2B Sales/Solutions Specialist

Responsibilities

Develop and manage a pipeline of B2B prospects through networking, outbound efforts, referrals, and existing relationships
Conduct discovery meetings to understand client workflows, pain points, and business objectives
Present and recommend tailored solutions including office technology, software, and managed services
Prepare proposals, pricing, and ROI-focused solutions that align with customer needs
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close and handoff to service teams
Build long-term client relationships through ongoing account management and follow-up
Collaborate with internal service, operations, and leadership teams to ensure a strong customer experience
Maintain accurate records and activity tracking within CRM systems
Stay current on product offerings, industry trends, and competitive solutions

Required

Proven skills in Sales, including solution-based selling and managing the sales cycle effectively
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to address client needs and build long-term relationships
Experience in Sales Management and Training to support and guide clients for successful implementation of solutions
Ability to work independently and within a team to meet and exceed sales goals
Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales-related software
Motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to the evolving needs of the industry

Preferred

Prior experience in the business technology solutions industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
