The role involves maintaining communication throughout design projects, organizing client meetings, and collaborating with designers on project budgets and presentations.

Responsibilities
Actively engage in maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout all phases of design projects, ensuring smooth collaboration between team members and clients
Play a key role in scheduling and organizing client meetings, and proactively support Designers
Create Agendas and Develop Meeting Minutes and distribute for client and team meetings, ensuring all relevant topics are covered and objectives are met
Collaborate with designers to accurately price all items contributing to the overall project vision and budget alignment
Actively monitor and update project budgets, providing insights and recommendations to ensure financial targets are met
Create and prepare compelling visual presentations for clients, showcasing design concepts and solutions effectively
Organize and schedule business trips and appointments, facilitating seamless execution of design projects
Accurately enter and manage design specifications, ensuring all project details are documented and accessible
Place and manage orders with vendors, ensuring timely procurement and delivery of high-quality design materials and furnishings
Qualification
Required
Previous administrative experience in Interior Design or related Creative Field
Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design
Effective communication skills both written and verbal
Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and a team player
Strong organizational skills
AutoCAD, Revit and/or ArchiCAD
