Qualification
Required
A high school diploma or GED is required
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage with customers and collaborate with team members
Comfort with using computers, typing, and learning new software quickly
A keen eye for detail and accuracy in handling customer inquiries and data
Ability to handle challenging situations with a calm, professional demeanor and find solutions that satisfy our customers
A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
Preferred
Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is highly preferred
Proficiency in additional languages is a plus and may lead to salary differentials
