Responsibilities

Lead printer administration and management across the organization
Manage Fairfax systems and Secure Doc functionality
Execute installations, updates, and system upgrades for enterprise infrastructure
Implement and maintain advanced system security methods and techniques
Create and maintain detailed documentation critical for system rewrites and ongoing operations
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow and communication
Provide on-call support for nightly and weekend patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting
Independently learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and business functionality

Required

8 Years - Demonstrated experience with Printer administration and management
8 Years - Demonstrated experience Fairfax management
8 Years - Demonstrated experience Secure Doc (WinMagic) administration
8 Years - Knowledge of basic system management (troubleshooting) processes/systems
8 Years - Knowledge of information management, file structure, and data representation
8 Years - Knowledge of advanced system security methods and techniques (for example Crowdstrike, Defender, Manage Engine Endpoint Central)
8 Years - Complete assigned task; communicate accurate and useful status updates; follow quality standards; Ability to work in a team environment
8 Years - Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
8 Years - Perform on-call duties for nightly and weekend patching/upgrades/troubleshooting as needed
8 Years - Attention to detail for documentation purposes
8 Years - Clear, strong and precise Verbal and written communication skills are needed in order to work and coordinate with multiple teams
8 Years - Work independently with little supervision or guidance
8 Years - Willingness to independently dive in and learn new systems, processes, and business functionality
