Head of Sales (Americas)

Responsibilities

Work with the VP of Sales and the CSO to develop and implement a comprehensive regional sales strategy
Leverage each tool to its maximum potential and standardize the usage across the sales team
Maintain strong and consistent outbound efforts
Provide leadership and oversight for your team, including mentoring, coaching, and development to drive goal attainment
Lead and assist with negotiations for high-value and strategic deals
Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts/pipeline reports for effective resource allocation
Constantly thinking of new ways to improve the entire sales process, from establishing relationships to closing deals
Consistently meet planned sales targets
Provide advanced onboarding for all new hires
Work closely alongside the marketing team to bring more brand awareness in the US and the Americas region

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in a leadership role within sales, preferably in the FinTech or HRtech industry
Strong understanding of financial technology trends and customer needs in the HRtech market
Exceptional leadership and team management skills
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
An analytical mindset with the ability to use data-driven insights to inform decisions
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Value autonomy and transparency
Have a ‘default to action' mentality
Self-starter and deeply motivated to deliver
