Contract Sales Recruiter- East Coast US
Intuitive is a company focused on strategic recruitment and talent advisory. They are seeking a Contract Sales Recruiter to partner with client groups, build relationships, and ensure a positive candidate experience while meeting hiring goals.
Responsibilities
Act as a strategic recruiter, delivering value beyond filling roles by demonstrating talent advisor skills
Partner with client groups to meet 100% of assigned headcount goals and improve time-to-fill metrics
Build and maintain external networks and industry relationships to support current and future hiring needs
Ensure diverse candidate slates are presented for every role
Utilize all available recruitment tools and resources effectively
Maintain high-touch candidate engagement, ensuring a positive candidate experience
Conduct pre-interview screening and expectation-setting with qualified candidates
Provide timely candidate disposition and communication at every stage
Execute pre-close conversations with candidates, focusing on Total Rewards
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and understand their business needs
Consult on job descriptions and postings to ensure they are engaging and inclusive
Act as a strategic partner, recommending recruitment strategies and providing regular updates on status, compensation, and internal equity
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Talent Acquisition leadership to align on current and future hiring needs
Partner with recruiting coordinators to ensure seamless scheduling and workflow management
Educate clients on recruitment policies and ensure a fair, consistent, and equitable interview process
Maintain accurate and timely candidate tracking in the ATS
Drive timely candidate disposition through all stages, including final status updates
Take an active role in offer negotiations, partnering with hiring managers, HRBPs, and candidates
Clearly articulate Total Rewards and prepare offers accurately and promptly
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required
Proven experience recruiting sales professionals, with a strong understanding of the medical device industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and influence stakeholders
Ability to take initiative and work independently to achieve hiring goals
Strong adaptability to changing priorities and ability to work effectively under pressure
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms, including ATS and social media sourcing
Preferred
Experience with behavioral-based interviewing and diversity hiring strategies
Familiarity with talent advisory principles and consultative recruiting approaches
Knowledge of recruitment metrics and ability to leverage data for decision-making
Prior experience in high-volume or specialized recruiting environments
