Senior LevelQuietLab is a company focused on transforming lives through better sleep, and they are seeking a Direct Response Funnel Manager to lead the production of their marketing funnels. The role involves collaborating with the Head of Marketing, writing copy, managing a team, and optimizing funnel performance to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with Head of Marketing to define priorities and funnel roadmap
Run funnel research, read ads data and collect customer insight to decide funnel architecture
Outline the page structure, write the copy for advertorials, sales pages, upsells and downsells
Lead the UI/UX, design, and development teams to create the funnels, and own QA
Design the test: define variants and setup requirements, and implement with dev
Read results, review user behaviour and document insights
Call winners and losers, pinpoint improvement opportunities and refine/reiterate
Document the learnings, report funnel performance and inform next steps
Design processes and use AI to make the workflow more efficient
Drive profit per visitor improvements through funnel economics and CVR/AOV testing
Qualification
Required
Fluent in English and can write like a native US direct-response marketer
Available full-time (40+ hours per week)
Proven funnel architecture experience: you designed the structure of +7 figure funnels from landing page to thank you page
Proven experience writing direct response advertorials, long-form sales pages, quiz funnels, upsell flows that generated +7 figures
Strong UX and design taste, you can guide asset production (video, images, GIFs) and give clear feedback on layout, hierarchy, and interactions
Comfortable leading a funnel team, setting priorities, deadlines, and workflows to maintain a high shipping cadence
Deep understanding of funnel economics, you read performance like a P&L
You are a Direct Response fanatic and studied from at least 1 of these legends: G. Halbert, D. Kennedy, E. Schwartz, C. Hopkins., Alex Hormozi
You genuinely love writing copy and advertising

You have experience writing seven-figure ads and VSLs
You have AI workflows that increase speed and leverage
