$30/hr - $38/hrPlanet Pharma is seeking a Research Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clinical support tasks for clinical trials. The role involves assisting in the collection and management of patient data for enrolled or prospective study participants.

Responsibilities
Verify and correct research study information on source documents
Research queries and variances, providing feedback to site data collectors
Input research study data into Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems, ensuring quality, accuracy, and completeness
Prepare and maintain study files and regulatory documentation
Compile, collate, and submit study information within established deadlines
Schedule subject visits and generate necessary reports and documents for research subjects
Input visit data into Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) to track procedures against study budgets
Process required lab specimens, label vials, and complete requisitions for storage or shipment according to study protocols and regulations
Perform administrative tasks including reception, office organization, and supply management
Qualification
Required
Basic knowledge of clinical trials and study procedures
Familiarity with departmental, protocol, and study-specific SOPs, consent forms, and schedules
Basic medical terminology knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
BS/BA in Life Sciences or equivalent education and/or relevant clinical experience (e.g., clinical research coordinator, nurse, medical assistant)
