Brand Management Trainee
AMP Branding is an innovative promotional agency dedicated to creating immersive brand experiences. They are seeking a Brand Management Trainee to engage customers at events, represent the brand, execute campaigns, and drive sales targets while receiving mentorship and training.

Responsibilities
Lead Sales Interactions : Engage customers in-person at events and retail sites—introduce products, answer questions, and close deals
Own Brand Presence : Represent AMP BRANDING with confidence and clarity, conveying our value to new audiences
Execute Campaigns : Plan and deploy impactful on-site campaigns and pop-up experiences
Drive Targets : Set and smash daily/weekly sales goals, contributing to team success
Manage Events : Organize setup, breakdown, and execution of branded displays at local events
Gather Insights : Collect and share feedback from customers to shape future campaigns
Qualification
Required
Must be willing to commute to the job location in Riverside, CA
Must be able to work on-site daily (events, meetings, and team activities)
Must be legally authorized to work in the US
Preferred
sales or event experience is a bonus
