Responsibilities
Lead and oversee complex Regulatory Compliance and Investigations engagements, including internal investigations, regulatory responses, fraud risk assessments, compliance program design, and forensic accounting matters
Act as a trusted advisor to clients across industries, providing guidance on evolving regulatory requirements and enforcement trends
Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality work products while maintaining strong client satisfaction
Drive business development through relationship building, networking, thought leadership, and participation in industry events
Partner with firm leadership to develop and execute go-to-market strategies and enhance service offerings aligned with market needs
Expand the RCI practice by deepening client relationships and cross-selling broader firm capabilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture grounded in integrity, inclusion, and innovation
Qualification
Required
Experience in leading complex Regulatory Compliance and Investigations engagements
Ability to act as a trusted advisor to clients across industries
Strong understanding of evolving regulatory requirements and enforcement trends
Proven track record of delivering high-quality work products and maintaining client satisfaction
Experience in driving business development through relationship building and networking
Participation in industry events and thought leadership
Ability to partner with firm leadership to develop and execute go-to-market strategies
Experience in expanding practice areas by deepening client relationships and cross-selling services
