They are seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead the finance and accounting function, support strategic decision-making, and improve financial infrastructure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Lead all core finance and accounting operations, ensuring accurate, timely financial closes and reporting
Develop and deliver financial reporting, dashboards, and executive- and board-level materials
Oversee cash management, internal controls, reconciliations, and audit readiness in an investor-backed environment
Drive finance systems strategy and process improvement, including ERP optimization and workflow design
Build and maintain financial models, budgets, and forecasts to support growth planning and scenario analysis
Partner with commercial and operations teams on pricing strategy, margin performance, and cost optimization
Establish standardized costing methodologies, inventory tracking, and variance analysis across products and partners
Identify and implement opportunities for automation and efficiency within finance and accounting workflows
Build, mentor, and lead a growing finance and accounting team with a focus on accountability and operational excellence
Qualification
Required
Experience in CPG, manufacturing, retail, or ecommerce environments
Senior-level experience across accounting, controllership, or finance leadership roles within product-based businesses
Strong understanding of ERP workflows, inventory management, costing, and financial controls
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
Proven ability to build structure and process in high-growth, entrepreneurial settings
Ability to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights
Hands-on, systems-oriented mindset with a bias toward continuous improvement
Preferred
Experience in PE- or VC-backed, high-growth companies
Direct involvement in ERP implementations or major finance system upgrades
Exposure to SKU-level margin analysis, profitability reporting, or production yield metrics
Interest in automation, analytics, or modern finance technologies
CPA or similar professional credential
