Harry Winston is seeking a D365 Business Analyst responsible for the solution configuration, security, support, integrity, and management of Microsoft D365 enterprise applications. The Analyst will lead the configuration and maintenance of solutions to meet business requirements and provide guidance and training to users.

Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business processes and requirements

Solution Design: Design and configure D365 solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring alignment with best practices

Implementation: Lead the deployment of D365 applications, including data migration and system integration

Customization: Customize the D365 platform to enhance functionality and improve user experience

Testing: Develop and execute test plans to ensure the system meets business requirements and functions correctly

Training & Support: Provide training to end-users and support them in adopting the new system

Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and user manuals

Continuous Improvement: Analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement, recommending enhancements as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field

Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, particularly in specific modules: Retail and commerce, MPOS, Pricing (trade agreement and retail pricing), Product management, Inventory management, Sales and marketing

Strong understanding of business processes and how they align with D365 functionalities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders

Proficiency in configuration and customization of D365 applications

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Preferred

IVS would be a plus

Power BI

Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus

DevOps would be a plus
