Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Deal Management professionals
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational rigor
Set clear performance expectations and support career development within the team
Own the end-to-end deal management process across the AMER region
Ensure compliance with pricing policies, discounting frameworks, and approval workflows
Serve as a point of escalation for complex, high-value, or non-standard deals
Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, Revenue, and Operations teams to enable timely and accurate deal execution
Act as a trusted advisor to Sales leadership on deal strategy, risk, and governance
Provide strategic guidance on pricing models, margin analysis, and commercial risk assessment
Balance deal competitiveness with profitability, compliance, and scalability
Support the review of commercial terms and structures to ensure alignment with company standards
Assist in navigating complex negotiations while mitigating financial and operational risk
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks in deal management workflows
Design and implement scalable processes, tools, and best practices to improve efficiency and turnaround times
Deliver clear, accurate reporting on deal metrics, approval cycle times, pipeline health, and trends
Provide data-driven insights to senior leadership to inform decision-making and continuous improvement

Required

Proven experience in Deal Management, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Finance, or a related function
Experience managing and developing teams in a fast-paced, high growth environment
Strong understanding of enterprise deal structures, pricing models, discount governance, and approval workflows
Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Revenue teams
Experience supporting complex, high-value SaaS or subscription-based deals
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess margin, risk, and commercial impact
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
A process-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and scale
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience

Preferred

Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and deal approval or CPQ tools
