Responsibilities
Screens incoming candidate calls
Educates candidates about current and future clinical trial testing using the Recruiting Summary
Recruits for scheduled studies, screens subjects according to inclusion/exclusion criteria
Develops study schedules
Updates and maintains Participant Database
Interviews and screens subjects on the first day of clinical trial testing
Maintains compensation schedules for clinical trial testing
Receive and screen all visitors
Answer and route incoming telephone calls
Take telephone messages
Send faxes
Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail
Maintain office supplies
Provide administrative assistance for study materials (study packets)
Knowledge of all clerical and specialized functions in the Company
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
1 – 2 years' experience
Proficient verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office
Remains flexible, professional, and patient when dealing with changing priorities and assignments
