They are seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst or Associate to join their M&A advisory team, responsible for executing sell-side transactions and building financial models.

Responsibilities

Support and lead the execution of sell-side M&A transactions from start to finish

Build and review detailed financial models and valuation analyses (DCF, LBO, precedent transactions, etc.)

Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and marketing documents (CIMs, management presentations)

Conduct industry and company-specific research and analysis

Coordinate due diligence processes and manage data rooms

(Associate-level only) Manage analysts and contribute to team development

Interface directly with clients, buyers, and other stakeholders
