Responsibilities
Serve as a primary client-facing representative of the development team, as someone who thrives at the intersection of code and client strategy
Lead projects from inception to delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product & technical requirements
Align business goals with team capabilities and technical requirements
Manage, organize & prioritize workloads for efficient execution and team productivity
Preparing client-facing documentation, work orders, and status reports
Qualification
Required
Proven software development experience with strong coding and system design skills
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills for team and stakeholder management
Familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
Skilled at balancing technical solutions with strategic goals
Highly organized, with the ability to manage priorities and product challenges
Preferred
Experience in healthcare, HIPAA or any other compliance-dependent industry
Experience or interest in software architecture is a plus
Experience with Python, React, or React Native
Experience with customer success
