Use of hand tools and inspection equipment
Qualification
Required
Skilled and experienced NC Operator for sheet metal manufacturing
Capability to set up and run parts independently
Ability to set up punches and machines
Capable of sharpening tools and maintaining NC machines
Experience with Laser operation and laser combination operation
Experience with lens adjustment and gas adjustments
Ability to adjust G-code as needed
Interpretation of blueprints, process sheets, instructions
Set-up, operation and adjustments of machine
Knowledge of G-codes
Ability to edit and solve CNC programming problems
