Accounting & HR Coordinator
Patrick J. Clayton Productions specializes in creating innovative and visually stunning events. They are seeking an Accounting & HR Coordinator to assist with bookkeeping, reconciliation, tax preparation, and various HR tasks including payroll and employee handbook upkeep.
Responsibilities
Transaction level bookkeeping (credit card transactions, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll journals)
Cash Flow strategy
Monthly reconciliation of bank and credit card statements
Financial statement review for accuracy
Bi-weekly payroll processing
Management of NDAs, Employee Handbook and organization of employees monthly 1:1s and reviews
Qualification
Required
Transaction level bookkeeping (credit card transactions, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll journals)
Cash Flow strategy
Monthly reconciliation of bank and credit card statements
Financial statement review for accuracy
Bi-weekly payroll processing
Management of NDAs, Employee Handbook and organization of employees monthly 1:1s and reviews
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
Knowledge of payroll systems and accounting principles is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Proficiency in relevant HR and accounting software
Preferred
Experience in event planning, hospitality, or creative environments is an advantage
