Plaintiffs’ Personal Injury Associate Attorney
Robert Hadley Associates is seeking a mid-level Plaintiffs’ Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join their busy and well-established personal injury practice in New York City. The role involves managing a full caseload of personal injury matters, handling litigation from intake through settlement or trial, and engaging in client communication and negotiations.

Responsibilities
Manage a full caseload of plaintiffs’ personal injury matters from intake through settlement or trial
Handle CVA cases, including sensitive client communications, liability analysis, and damages development
Conduct depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts
Draft and argue motions, including discovery motions and dispositive motions
Appear regularly in New York State courts for conferences, hearings, and oral argument
Engage in settlement negotiations and mediations with insurance carriers and defense counsel
Prepare cases for trial, including jury selection, witness preparation, and trial exhibits
Maintain consistent communication with clients and provide strategic case updates
Collaborate with partners, associates, paralegals, and support staff to advance litigation goals
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Admission to the New York State Bar (in good standing)
Approximately 5 years of plaintiffs' personal injury litigation experience
Strong knowledge of New York civil procedure and personal injury law
Proven ability to independently manage cases with minimal supervision
Excellent legal writing, oral advocacy, and negotiation skills
Preferred
Demonstrated experience handling Child Victims Act (CVA) cases
Spanish fluency a plus (but not required)
