Vice President of Global Sales (Drone Technology)
Peskind Executive Search is representing a fast-growing technology company specializing in wireless communications solutions for the drone and unmanned systems ecosystem. The VP of Global Sales will be responsible for building and scaling the global revenue engine, driving sales strategy, and leading complex deals in the unmanned systems market.
Responsibilities
Own and deliver global revenue across OEM, defense, and autonomy customers
Personally lead the most strategic and complex OEM opportunities
Build, scale, and manage a world-class global sales organization
Establish disciplined forecasting, pipeline management, and deal governance
Drive platform design-ins that convert into long-term, high-volume production programs
Partner closely with engineering and product leadership to align roadmaps with customer demand
Qualification
Required
10+ years of B2B hardware sales experience with deep OEM exposure
Proven background in drones, robotics, autonomy, or defense-adjacent markets
Demonstrated success closing complex, multi-stakeholder design-in deals
Strong executive presence with the ability to sell to CEOs, CTOs, and engineering leaders
Highly disciplined, data-driven, and hands-on in deal execution
