Responsibilities
Perform laboratory testing using approved methods and instrumentation in accordance with SOPs
Assist with laboratory investigations, root cause analysis, and documentation of findings
Prepare and support technical reports, work instructions, and SOPs
Document test results and investigations using internal systems and MS Office tools
Support quality systems including OOS/OOT investigations and data archiving
Coordinate receipt, handling, and traceability of laboratory samples
Maintain compliance with cGMP, ISO, and safety requirements
Collaborate with laboratory staff and management to meet project goals
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma required
0–3 years of laboratory experience
Strong documentation, organizational, and technical writing skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Ability to learn additional lab systems and software
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related field
cGMP or pharmaceutical experience
Experience with analytical or mechanical testing, particle testing, or dimensional analysis
Exposure to method development or validation
Willingness to learn new techniques and technologies
