Responsibilities
Supervise contract staff and support the Contract Unit Manager
Coordinate contract flow across internal departments to ensure compliance
Manage vendor relations, negotiations, and contract execution
Handle high-level, complex contracts while remaining operationally involved
Guide staff communication with internal departments and suppliers
Ensure compliance with purchasing policies
Travel to reservations as needed and maintain schedule flexibility
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, Public Administration, Finance, or related field
6+ years of experience as a Contract Administrator
Minimum 2 years in a senior-level contract role
Strong vendor negotiation and relationship management experience
Preferred
Master's degree strongly preferred
Prior supervisory experience preferred
Experience in government or construction environments preferred
Lawson experience highly desirable
Experience with contract tracking systems preferred
