Monthly financial statements, 13th month, and working with accountants
Bank Reconciliations
Handle floor plan checks and monthly reconciliation
Oversee payroll processing
Responsible for schedules and the general ledger
Review the general ledger for accuracy
Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, credit, and collections
Strong ability to reconcile accounts and expenses and run reports
Running background & motor vehicle checks
Completing new hire employment forms
All aspects of compliance
Timely posting & submission of Payroll
Medical enrollments, terminations, and COBRA
Address H.R. complaints and requests
Qualification
Required
Experience in overseeing and managing dealership's accounting and financial operations

Prior automotive dealership accounting experience
