Human Resources Generalist
New York Technology Partners is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join their local manufacturing team. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring effective management of personnel and compliance with labor laws.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Manage recruitment and selection processes
Conduct employee onboarding and training programs
Handle employee relations and address grievances
Administer payroll and benefits
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Support management in performance management and employee development
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
