Qualification
Required
12+ years of design experience focused on eCommerce or related fields
5+ years in a supervisory role
Strong portfolio showcasing design leadership and execution
Experience managing teams in an agile/scrum environment
Familiarity with design systems and tools such as Figma
Experience with A/B testing and user-centered design
Track record of attracting and retaining top design talent
