Business Development Lead M&A
Endura Services is focused on building the nation's leading chimney, hearth, and home air-quality services platform through acquisitions. They are seeking a hands-on Business Development Lead to drive their acquisition engine, source new opportunities, and assist local business owners in scaling their operations.
Responsibilities
Map target markets, run outbound campaigns, build referral ecosystems, and represent Endura at events
Lead intro calls, explain our model, and qualify opportunities
Manage LOI → close process with owners and internal teams
Own HubSpot pipeline, campaigns, and weekly dashboards
Qualification
Required
2–5+ years in business development, sales, or corporate development (home services/franchise/SMB experience a plus)
Proven pipeline discipline with CRM (HubSpot preferred)
Strong communication and EQ; credible with business owners
Structured, persistent, metrics-driven, builder's mindset
