Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations
Prepare RFPs to obtain quotations
Prepare and present proposals to close sales
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining client relationships
Conduct follow-up communications to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions through effective sales administration practices
Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing market reach and improving service delivery
Stay informed about industry trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape to provide informed recommendations to clients
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in sales or servicing life and health insurance accounts
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for managing client accounts effectively
A valid insurance license is required; willingness to obtain necessary certifications is essential
Preferred
Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is advantageous
