Oversee the workflow and operational processes between technical and non-technical laboratory functions
Empower and support caregivers in their roles
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in healthcare related field. Or Education and applicable supervisory and operational experience
3 years Progressive laboratory experience in a high-volume facility
Laboratory experience including familiarity of workflow and operational processes between technical and non-technical laboratory functions
Preferred
Pathology experience
