Responsibilities

Support customer success operations by investigating data issues, troubleshooting platform behavior, and resolving backend questions tied to customer accounts
Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to generate reliable reports and dashboards for internal teams and customers
Ability to connect multiple systems together like Slack, Google sheets for automated workflows
Write and maintain SQL queries to validate data accuracy, diagnose mismatches, and support custom reporting needs
Own backend support for client onboarding, including programming, debugging, and resolving data ingestion or configuration issues
Standardize reporting processes and documentation to ensure consistency across customers and use case
Identify and implement best practices for data collection, analysis, and reporting as the company scales
Coordinate closely with Product and Engineering to escalate bugs, track fixes, and communicate resolutions
Help manage and prioritize incoming customer operations requests, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks - note this is not a customer facing role so you will be supporting behind the scenes
Continuously evaluate and improve operational workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual work

Required

2 - 5+ years of experience in customer operations, data analysis, analytics engineering, or technical support roles (startup experience a plus)
Strong SQL skills and comfort working directly with production data
Experience building or maintaining reports, dashboards, or analytics workflows (Quick Sight experience preferred)
Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of data accuracy and integrity
Comfortable troubleshooting ambiguous problems and working across teams to resolve them
Clear communicator who can explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders
Strong excel/google sheets skills
Organized, dependable, and proactive - someone we can trust to own important operational work
