Under the direct supervision of the Executive Director of Ambulatory Operations, the Program Manager - Virtual Care Operations leads the development and coordination of The incumbent develops and enforces operating protocols and standards, ensuring an effective, scalable video on demand service
The Program Manager is responsible for providing leadership, directing, evaluating, and providing feedback to professional level employees who participate in the operations of the Virtual on Demand Clinic
The incumbent may serve as manager for the APPs and Coordinators of the clinic
The Program Manager - Virtual Care Operations reports to: Executive Director Ambulatory Business Operations
