Customer Service Representative
Integrity Fiber is an industry leader that values safety, respect, and innovation. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be the first point of contact for customer account and service needs, working closely with leadership to resolve service issues.
Responsibilities
Manage & schedule account pick-ups. Provides quality service & support
Resolves conflicts with clients or issues with truck scheduling
Takes initiative to problem solving
Responsible for developing long-term relationships with clients
Promptly answer vendor telephone calls and respond to emails
Meet deadlines & fill monthly orders / track monthly orders
The Liaison between customers and sales reps
Regular and predictable attendance
Reliable and ability to prioritize tasks / excellent multi-tasking and strong organization skills
Comply with all company policies and procedures and all applicable laws and regulations
Additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School graduate required
+3 years of experience in a customer service or similar role
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office
Ability to type at a reasonable speed: 10-key touch
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Organized and detail oriented
