Wonder Franchises is a growing investment platform focused on acquiring and operating franchise and multi-site businesses. They are seeking a Chief of Staff for Christmas Decor to work directly with the CEO, oversee the corporate team, and execute operational strategies to support franchisees.

Responsibilities

Driving operational excellence within the corporate team and franchise system
Leading a team to optimize output of the staff, building and maintaining a strong corporate culture
Building on existing franchise support programs, including training, conferences, and other events, to best position franchisees to be happy and profitable as Christmas Decor franchisees
Overseeing the Finance and HR function of the corporate business including compliance and reporting
Providing analytical rigor to evaluate and defend strategic decision-making

Required

High EQ and strong analytical skills
Experience in driving operational excellence within a corporate team and franchise system
Ability to lead a team to optimize output of staff and maintain a strong corporate culture
Experience in building on existing franchise support programs, including training and events
Overseeing Finance and HR functions including compliance and reporting
Providing analytical rigor to evaluate and defend strategic decision-making
Interest in small business operations
Willingness to travel for 1 week per month

Preferred

Experience in home services and/or franchising
