Hybrid Licensed Sales Consultant

Responsibilities
Greet our patients and customers as they enter the store, identify patients’ needs to ensure an easy and memorable experience while providing promotional products and services available
Assists patients and customers to choose eyewear that best fit their budget requirements as well as eye care needs
Troubleshoot and identify problems related to prescription
Resolve customer complaints, diffuse unsatisfied patients, and provide solutions to remedy situations
Attain sales goals established while complying with company and local policies and procedures
Adhering to quality control standards including OSHA and other safety requirements
Ensure brand standards by performing basic housekeeping duties when necessary
Identify and troubleshoot problems related to prescriptions to resolve customer complaints, diffuse unsatisfied patients, and provide solutions to remedy situations
Measure, fit, and adapt lenses and frames for clients, both onsite and virtually, according to written optical prescription or specification, determining the specifications of lenses, making minor repairs or adjustments to eyewear, etc
Onsite or virtual sign off of jobs, once you confirm the power ranges and specific lens measurements by frame, examine written prescriptions to determine the specifications of lenses, and verify that lenses have been ground to specifications
Execute simple customer repairs, assemble lenses into frames and edge stock lenses to expedite delivery of eyeglasses, and ensure customer orders are delivered accurately and on time
Ensure brand standards are met in the lab area, and notify management of equipment malfunctions, incomplete orders, incorrect lenses, etc
Keep track of delivery time commitments to patients (Now Service, Ready When Promised) to ensure 100% compliance

Qualification
Required
1+ year of proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service while exceeding sales goals in a fast paced retail environment
Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment
Skills necessary to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
Valid ABO/NCLE and/or State license in the applicable State
High school diploma or equivalent required
Passionate about outstanding customer/patient care and eager to share that passion with others
Strong interest in learning, embracing and fostering innovation among your team
Consistently promoting high work standards while empowering others to have an entrepreneurial mentality with our company
Schedule flexibility; work hours will be determined based on business needs
Knowledgeable about MS Word, Google Docs
