Qualification
Required
Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in team management, strategic planning, and decision-making
Understanding of financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency
Experience and skills in resident care, personalized services, and addressing residents' physical, emotional, and social needs
Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing senior living communities and the ability to ensure regulatory compliance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with residents, families, staff, and the local community
Associate degree required or years of experience equivalent
Preferred
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
Previous experience in senior living management or healthcare administration is a strong asset
