Business Development Representative
NetSpark IP & Telecom is hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to support their growing sales organization. This role focuses on generating qualified meetings and pipeline for the sales team, with a clear path to a Sales Executive position through a structured development program.

Responsibilities
Execute outbound prospecting via phone and email
Generate qualified leads and book 10+ qualified meetings per week
Support a $10K+ monthly revenue target
Identify new business opportunities and renewal potential
Maintain accurate activity and appointment tracking in Salesforce
Partner closely with Sales Executives to advance opportunities
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable and confident on the phone
Self-motivated with a true hunter mindset
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred
Experience with AT&T or other carriers (T-Mobile, Verizon, Spectrum, Lumen, etc.) is a plus
