Strong experience in mobile app reliability & observability
Expertise with Azure Application Insights and Azure Monitor
Experience defining SLIs/SLOs, monitoring, alerting, and RCA
Solid knowledge of Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C)
Scripting skills: Python / PowerShell / Node.js
Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, and incident management
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Proven technical leadership and team mentoring experience
