Talent Acquisition Quality Assurance Specialist

Responsibilities
Conduct regular audits of talent acquisition processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interview procedures, and onboarding workflows
Monitor and audit recruitment processes to ensure adherence to internal policies, legal requirements, and best practices
Review and analyze talent acquisition procedures for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policies
Evaluate adherence to diversity, equity, and inclusion standards in hiring practices
Maintain quality assurance frameworks and standards for talent acquisition activities
Assist in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards
Track and analyze key recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate satisfaction scores, and hiring manager feedback
Create comprehensive reports on recruitment quality indicators and present findings to leadership
Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in the hiring process
Maintain QA scorecards, dashboards, and reports to track performance metrics and identify trends
Assist in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards
Support system testing and implementation of new tools or updates within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Collaborate with talent acquisition teams to provide guidance on best practices and quality standards
Develop training materials and conduct sessions on recruitment compliance and quality procedures
Support onboarding of new talent acquisition team members with quality assurance protocols
Stay current on industry best practices and emerging trends in recruitment quality assurance
Conduct regular training and calibration sessions to ensure consistency in interview practices and candidate evaluations
Research and recommend improvements to talent acquisition processes and systems
Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition function
Collaborate with technology teams to optimize applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
Partner with hiring managers to ensure clear understanding of quality expectations and requirements
Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to maintain regulatory adherence
Work with HR business partners to align recruitment quality initiatives with organizational goals
Serve as a liaison between talent acquisition teams and senior leadership on quality matters
Qualification
Required
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
High School Diploma or equivalent
3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, HR operations, or quality assurance roles
Demonstrated experience with recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis
Familiarity with recruitment marketing platforms and assessment tools
Thorough understanding of federal and state employment laws and regulations (EEO, ADA, FLSA, etc.)
Understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles in hiring
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and training purposes
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Critical thinking skills to identify process gaps and recommend solutions
Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders
Complies with all Credit Union policies and procedures including those related to Bank Secrecy Act regulations
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, HR operations, or quality assurance roles
2+ years' experience in project management
Professional HR certification (such as, but not limited to PHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and process improvement frameworks
Previous admin experience in HRIS systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
Previous experience in process improvement or quality management
Experience with data analytics tools and reporting software
Experience in credit union or financial services industry
