Responsibilities
Assist in core FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and detailed variance analysis
Collaborate directly with the management team to gather, validate, and analyze financial and operational data
Proactively identify data gaps and inconsistencies; help streamline reporting processes to improve information flow
Build and maintain sophisticated Excel-based models to provide insights into P&C performance and support business decisions
Contribute to the 'clean-up' and enhancement of data quality in preparation for future system upgrades
Qualification
Required
2-3+ years in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related analytical role
Experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance is required
Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, complex formulas, and financial modeling)
Demonstrated tenure and professional retention (ideally 2+ years with a single employer)
Comfortable working with evolving data sets; proactive, highly motivated, and eager to take on more responsibility as the role grows
Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for cross-functional leadership
