They are seeking a Contract Specialist to coordinate contract execution and perform accounting functions while liaising with contractors and supporting procurement processes.

Responsibilities
Coordinates and prepares all contractual arrangements
Prepares and facilitates Request for Proposals for services
Maintains active contract status records and up to date contract files with all applicable documents
Assists with audits by retrieving contracts as needed
Enters Accounts Receivable receipts into accounting system
Provides support for funding invoices, including assembling invoice documentation
Prepares childcare enhancement and stipend payments/uploads for review by Accounting Manager
Payroll entry into accounting system
Provides support for funding invoices, including assembling invoice documentation
Assists with annual physical inventory of coalition assets
Other Duties as Assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required
Ability to communicate effectively with various people
Knowledge of State of Florida purchasing practices
Knowledge of accounting principles and software
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred
Associate's degree in a related field preferred
State of Florida purchasing and/or contracting experience preferred
