Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for Commercial Lines product specially BOP, CA, WC, GL. IM
Understands and communicates the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for Commercial Lines products in alignment business stakeholders
Collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, operations, and IT teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
Completely owning your team's products, from ideation, through development, to launch, growth, and maintenance
Working closely with Design and UX teams to define the customer journey and create an user experience
Liaising with Engineering to ensure effective delivery of your product
Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements
Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk management standards
Participate in UAT to validate that delivered solutions meet business expectations
Partner with Scrum Master and development teams to ensure timely delivery of product increments
Owns scrum team backlog and fulfillment work
Oversee and leads business analyst and development activities
Assures appropriate user stories are written, ready, and shared with developers for each sprint
Acts as a main point of contact between scrum teams and internal stakeholders
Assures proper management and prioritization of product backlog items in the sprints
Assists the scrum team to meet the objectives of each sprint and improves each iteration
Identifies areas of improvement in the product, the scrum team, and the process
Keeps stakeholders informed of the status of the product
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in digital platforms
Experience working with UX/UI
Qualification

Experience working with UX/UI
Comfort working with data (SQL or analytics tools) to validate assumptions and outcomes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for explaining complex workflows clearly
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, SAFe)
Strong understanding of Claims workflow within P&C insurance specially Commercial Lines
Proficiency with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence)
General understanding of software development principles to effectively communicate with the development team and understand their challenges
Preferred
CSPO, SAFE POPM
Any P&C insurance certification
