Responsibilities
Design and build fabrication dies
Repair fabrication dies, on and off line
Maintain and repair all tooling machines
Inspect the first parts produced by each new fabrication die
Troubleshoot all existing fabrication dies
Inspect other toolmakers work
Research and develop new tooling jobs, and produce prototype samples
Complete all necessary paperwork
Housekeeping
Basic Computer Skills
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
Industrial Truck License
Motor coordination, manual and finger dexterity
Tool & Die Journeyman's card or 8 yrs experience in trade
Preferred
Advanced Blueprint Reading Skills
