Responsibilities
Concept and script ad creatives from scratch: hooks, angles, CTAs
Edit video and produce UGC-style ads ready for Meta and other paid social channels
Use AI tools to speed up production and create UGC content at scale
Deliver a consistent monthly volume of new ad concepts and variations
Create multiple variations of each ad for A/B testing
Iterate on what's working and develop new angles when performance dips
Research competitor ads and trending formats to inform new concepts
Adapt creative across different brand voices and product categories
Keep files and versions organized so nothing slows down launches
Qualification
Required
3+ years producing ad creatives for paid social
Proven track record of profitable Meta ad funnels, you created the ads, and they converted
Strong video editing skills with the ability to produce polished, platform-ready UGC ads
Experience using AI tools for ad production (scripting, visuals, video)
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, enough to understand what's performing and why
Portfolio demonstrating range of ad styles (testimonials, problem-solution, before/after, UGC, etc.)
Experience producing ads across different product categories or brand voices
Creative problem-solver who can generate fresh concepts and pivot quickly
Understands ROAS and CAC well enough to know what 'profitable' looks like
High energy, self-directed, comfortable working 80% independently with scheduled check-ins
Proactive communicator, flags issues early, doesn't wait to be asked
