They are seeking a Creative Producer (Ads) to help their paid social marketing team build, test, and scale high-converting creatives, working closely with performance marketers to achieve ROAS and CAC goals.

Responsibilities
Concept, script, and edit direct-response ad creatives for Meta and other paid social channels
Produce UGC-style videos by briefing creators, sourcing footage, and guiding on-screen talent
Use video editing and light motion to deliver thumb-stopping variations for each placement
Turn performance data into action by iterating hooks, CTAs, and angles based on ROAS and CAC
Plan and manage a monthly creative calendar with clear output targets and testing priorities
Partner with media buyers to set hypotheses, structure tests, and hand off launch-ready assets
Build simple ad funnels and sequences that move users from attention to conversion
Write concise ad copy and captions aligned with platform best practices and brand voice
Organize files, naming, and versions so campaigns move quickly and nothing gets lost
Leverage AI tools to speed ideation, scripting, and rough cuts while maintaining quality
Qualification
Required
3+ years producing performance creatives for paid social, with campaign wins you can explain
Proven Meta ad funnels that reached profitability, including how you improved ROAS and CAC
Strong video editing skills and the ability to turn raw UGC into platform-ready ads
Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and creative testing so you sync well with media buyers
Data-curious mindset with a habit of forming hypotheses, testing, and iterating quickly
Clear, proactive communication and a solutions-first approach when results are flat
High energy and self-direction, comfortable operating 80% independently with timely check-ins
Familiarity with AI-assisted scripting or editing to increase throughput without losing craft
