Support customers during onboarding and early production deployments

Qualification
Required
5+ years in Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, or technical consulting roles
Strong engineering background with hands-on coding experience, especially Python and TypeScript
Experience working with modern AI systems including LLMs, agents, RAG, and vector databases
Good understanding of cloud, hybrid, and enterprise deployment environments
Clear communicator who can work effectively with engineers, product teams, and executives
