People Operations Coordinator
Royal Vet is a new breed of veterinary clinic on a mission to reinvent the pet care experience. They are seeking an ambitious and dynamic People Operations Coordinator to manage talent acquisition and human resources, supporting the rapid growth of their team while fostering a stellar employee experience.

Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for a range of roles, including job postings, screening & interviews, reference checks, and offers
Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders and candidates
Support the development of a pipeline of potential candidates through proactive sourcing, job boards, and referrals
Maintain an organized Applicant Tracking System, keeping candidate data, pipeline, interviews and scorecards accurate and up-to-date
Track recruiting metrics and prepare regular hiring reports
Support the full onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing documentation, IT setup, insurance processing, and coordinating training / orientation
Maintain employee records in HRIS, ensuring data accuracy
Update and keep personnel files organized, ensuring thorough documentation
Serve as a first point of contact for basic employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and general HR matters
Assist in coordinating employee engagement initiatives, such as holiday parties and celebrations
Support critical HR projects such as performance review cycles, policy updates, and engagement surveys
Help ensure HR processes are compliant with local labor regulations and internal policies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
0-2 years of experience in recruitment, sales, HR coordination, or a related field
Strong organizational and multitasking skills; able to manage competing priorities with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Goal-oriented mindset; ready to roll up your sleeves and surpass targets
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
Preferred
Experience working with ATS/HRIS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, BambooHR, Rippling, etc.)
