Responsibilities
Support the Facilities Equipment Installation and Construction Engineer to plan and manage the construction of critical facility infrastructure, including cleanrooms, process utilities, and high-purity systems
Oversee installation, commissioning, and upgrades of semiconductor manufacturing equipment and integration with facility systems
Support the operation of utility systems such as CDA/N2/Ar, vacuum pumps, waste treatment systems, and ultrapure water systems
Coordinate EPC contractors, equipment vendors, and internal engineering teams to ensure seamless execution
Ensure compliance with semiconductor industry standards for equipment installation, vibration control, and contamination management
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system faults
Execute repairs and support root-cause analysis
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance
Follow EHS procedures including LOTO, chemical handling, and cleanroom protocols
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 - 4 years of related experience
