Real Estate Investment Sales Associate
Toonen Consulting is a growing real estate investment company seeking a motivated and organized Real Estate Investment Sales Associate. This role focuses on selling investment and wholesale properties, managing investor relationships, and ensuring smooth transactions from contract to close.

Responsibilities
Identify and secure qualified buyers for investment properties
Build and maintain strong relationships with investor buyers and partners
Present and discuss property details clearly, professionally, and accurately
Respond promptly to buyer inquiries and maintain consistent follow-up
Negotiate deals and support a smooth closing process
Manage leads and communication efficiently
Work closely with the acquisitions team to coordinate deal handoffs
Stay informed about market trends, property values, and investment strategies
Qualification
Required
Professional experience and can confidently engage in real estate and investment-focused conversations
Preferred
2+ years of experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or real estate-related work
Familiarity with real estate concepts such as fix and flip, buy and hold, and real estate asset classes such as commercial, multifamily, and single-family
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
Comfortable managing multiple opportunities and staying organized
Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and with a team
Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, and CRM tools
Real Estate License - Preferred but not required. If licensed, it is required to work exclusively for this company (no outside listings or side businesses)
