This role focuses on advisory and leadership responsibilities, ensuring the HCM workstream is correctly set up and aligned with best practices while guiding stakeholders through implementation decisions.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the Oracle Cloud HCM workstream from a project and advisory perspective
Provide informed guidance on Oracle Cloud HCM capabilities and limitations
Support:
Project readiness activities
Resource planning
Data conversion scope discussions
Functional and system design decision-making
Act as a trusted advisor, challenging assumptions and identifying risks when needed
Coach and guide stakeholders who may be unclear on their desired HCM future state
Collaborate closely with the systems integrator and client leadership

Required

Hands-on experience implementing Oracle Cloud HCM
Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM 'under the hood' to validate designs and call out issues
Prior experience serving as an HCM Workstream Lead, Project Manager, or Program Manager
Proven ability to guide clients through ambiguous or early-stage HCM implementation decisions
Strong consulting mindset: firm, confident, collaborative, and supportive
Experience working in large, complex Oracle Cloud implementation programs

Preferred

Blend of functional Oracle HCM expertise and project leadership
Comfortable operating at both strategic and detailed levels
Confident communicator who can influence stakeholders and implementation partners
Proactive, pragmatic, and solutions-oriented
