Responsibilities
Oversee full cradle-to-grave delivery of automated machinery projects, including system builds, FATs, SATs, and commissioning
Coordinate engineering, procurement, and integration teams to ensure robotic and custom automated equipment is delivered to spec
Drive supplier performance, change orders, timelines, and budget adherence throughout machine build and customer acceptance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline
10+ years of project management experience in automation
Experience running 10+ concurrent automation projects with a portfolio over $15M
Ability to travel 1–2 months per year, including international travel (valid passport required)
