Responsibilities

Ensure that all manufactured parts and assemblies meet precise dimensional specifications and quality standards

Work closely with the design team to design fixtures that are functional, accurate, efficient, and cost-effective

Identify any product changes, contact vendors for parts, place Purchase Orders, and design new equipment required for manufacturing

Hand over updated products to maintenance and manufacturing team for production

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, STEM or related field, or equivalent relevant education and experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a dimensional engineering role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment

Strong level GD&T qualification

Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar)

Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail and accuracy

Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members, management, and external vendors

Certification in dimensional measurement or quality control (e.g., Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Six Sigma)

Experience with advanced metrology tools and techniques

Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other quality management systems
